Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment for a full refund in the form of store credit for the full price of the item(s) minus the shipping cost to return the item(s). The item(s) must be unworn, and without any visible damage.
Items that are ineligible for a refund:
- Returned after 7 days from the day you receive your shipment
- Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
- Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
- Items purchased on-site at a festival or event
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. From there, the total amount refunded will be credited as store credit (minus shipping and handling).
*Items where a fulfillment/manufacturer error is made we do not think the customer should be made responsible financially for shipping back the item. We’ll need a system to determine what the error is and who is covering that cost.
Unfortunately, we can not process exchanges. We’ll be happy to accept your return and grant a store credit!
We do not process returns, refunds or exchanges outside of the United States.
